Daily Balance

The Daily Balance Report provides a summary by account type of the balances since the previous time the report was run and what the balances currently are.  This report is useful in balancing other reports together as it accounts for all financial activity.

***Important: must be run each day at the same time to be truly effective.

To Run Report:

Step 1: Select Daily Balance on Reports menu.

Step 2: Choose the options for the Daily Balance Report

Step 3: Click on Run Report and you will see a message like this.

Step 4: Sample Report

Step 5:  Print Report as necessary.
